Established in 1993, COLORBOX is a brand from Indonesia that sells women’s clothing and accessories.
The Challenges
Delami Colorbox is using Shopify and KiotViet. However, they face several operational obstacles due to the different product structures between Shopify and KiotViet (master products and variants are inconsistent on both systems). Shopify and KiotViet are already in use, but their data is inconsistent. The same products have different SKUs on Shopify and KiotViet.
To streamline their operations and improve efficiency, Delami Colorbox wants to centralize orders from Shopify into KiotViet for easier and faster order fulfillment and stock management. Delami Colorbox wants to add products directly on Shopify for better product info management such as product info, images and SEO on their Shopify website. However, Shopify does not allow direct connection to Shopee and Lazada. So, Melissa requires Shopify as master data to add products and manage stock, while KiotViet is used for order fulfillment (from all selling channels) and reports.
The Solutions
Our team was successful in enhancing Colorboxโs online sales operations in Vietnam through the use of the HexaSync Integration Platform.
